Write the vision and make it plan. I remember this particular year, top of the year, I made a vision board and put EVERYTHING on there. My hopes. My desires. My dreams. My plans. My likes. My wants. Everything was on there. One thing I didn’t symbolize on my vision board was my job. I subconsciously left that off. Later that year, I had no job! I say that to say this, be careful and strategic of what you put and don’t put on your vision board. Just know, that all things work together for the good!
DAY 3 - SELF-ESTEEM REBOOT
Journaling is one of the most powerful tools you can utilize during any season of life. I used to be an avid ‘journaler’ (I don’t think that’s a word but it means one who journals). As life got busier, I find myself not writing in my journal as much. I can tell the difference. I was clearer about my thoughts and feelings when I wrote in a journal. I process situations better when I write in my journal. It is a stress reducer.
Start writing 10 minutes daily. Begin anywhere, and forget spelling and punctuation. Write without censor. Pick a theme for the day, week or month. Use it as a gratitude journal. There really are no rules. Just write.
DAY 2 - SELF-ESTEEM REBOOT
Herman Melville, said it best, “It is better to fail in originality than to succeed in imitation”.
You just be you!

DAY 1 - SELF-ESTEEM REBOOT
I’ve made it a practice to repeat affirmations in the mirror every morning when I wake and every night before bed. Positive affirmations change negative thought pattens and personal beliefs. Here is my list of affirmations. Try these to get you started:
I am enough.
I am smart.
I am kind.
I am beautiful.
I am a winner.
I will succeed.
I am courageous.
