DAY 15 - SELF-ESTEEM REBOOT
Sunshine boosts your mood.
Sunshine boosts levels of serotonin, the body’s natural happy hormone. Just five minutes of exercise outdoors – such as a walk in your local park – is enough to make you feel happier and less stressed, according to research published in the Environmental Science & Technology journal. Enjoy nature and the sunshine. Makes for a better mood and healthier self-esteem.
DAY 12 - SELF-ESTEEM REBOOT
Sleep is essential to the maintenance of mental health. Sleep helps to regulate mood and process emotional information and experiences into memory. Insufficient sleep is associated with increased emotional reactivity and emotional disturbance. Research indicates that REM sleep may play an especially significant role in maintaining emotional well-being and psychological balance. Sleeping properly does wonders for your mental health.
Tip: Turn off the TV at least 20 minutes before bed time and do not sleep with the television on.
DAY 11 - SELF-ESTEEM REBOOT
Start a devotional regime. Spend 10-15 minutes a day in devotion. Some our favorites are:
